Will I receive an order confirmation?
Every order is confirmed immediately with an email that contains all the product details.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For wholesale orders, we will also accept
purchase orders with appropriate support. Please contact us for details.

Do you charge sales tax on orders?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Michigan.

How do orders ship and how long do they take?
We ship directly to the addresses on each individual order. We ship via SmartPost, which
is a combined service offered by FedEx and USPS. Orders typically ship from our location
(Michigan) within 7-10 days. Standard shipping takes 2-8 days, depending on
location in the Continential United States. When your order ships, we send an email confirmation
with all details and tracking information.

What is your return and refund policy?
We guarantee our products 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no
charge. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving product. Because these are custom
made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors or designs
which were incorrectly selected or entered.

Can I create my own design with our logo or mascot?
Custom logos, mascots, designs, etc. can be incorporated into any wholesale/bulk order and our
creative team will handle all the details at no charge.

How do you prevent improper or offensive designs from being created?
Every order is reviewed carefully before it is processed. We understand the importance of
maintaining very high standards.
